Terms of Use

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the greendrev.com website and govern the relationship between the Site Administration (a woodworking workshop) and the User — any visitor or client. Before getting acquainted with the woodworking services, planning an order for furniture or décor and using the resource’s services, it is recommended to read the text below carefully.

What this document is and why it is needed

This document has practical, not merely formal, significance. By opening the pages of the site, using the feedback forms or requesting a cost estimate for products made of plywood, MDF or solid wood, the User accepts the rules described here. If any of the provisions of the agreement are unacceptable, it is best to refrain from using the resource. The text is drawn up in the clearest possible language, without excessive legal terminology, yet while preserving the clarity of the arrangements between the parties.

Who is who

For convenience, simple definitions are used in the text. The “Site Administration” or the “Workshop” is the team that manages the resource and provides woodworking services. The “User” is any person who visits the site from any device. The “Site” is all the content of the greendrev.com domain, including texts, photographs of completed work, drawings and program code.

How the site may be used

The resource has been created for getting acquainted with the workshop’s capabilities: from CNC milling to the manufacture of complex interior structures. The User has the right to freely browse the information, study examples of completed projects and submit requests for a cost estimate. Several restrictions apply. It is prohibited to use automated systems (scripts, bots) to collect data from the site’s pages. Attempts to circumvent the security system or disrupt the operation of the order forms are not permitted. Visitors are expected to interact honestly within the bounds of the law and these Terms.

Intellectual property

Practically all the content of greendrev.com — photographs of finished joinery products, descriptions of technologies, page design — has been created by the Workshop or belongs to it on lawful grounds. Posting a link to an article or a project on social networks is permitted. At the same time, copying texts and photographs for commercial use on third-party resources without the written consent of the Site Administration is prohibited. Considerable work has gone into creating unique content, and its results are protected by copyright.

Information on the site and liability

The Site Administration keeps the information on prices for cutting to size, sanding and painting of materials up to date. However, the cost of raw materials and consumables changes over time, and therefore the data on the pages is for reference purposes and does not constitute a public offer in the strict legal sense. The exact terms of cooperation, deadlines and final cost are recorded in a contract or specification when the order is agreed with a manager. The Workshop is not liable for temporary technical failures in the operation of the site caused by hosting or by problems with the User’s internet connection, nor for the content of third-party sites, links to which may appear in the materials.

Requests and feedback

By filling in a form on the site to order furniture or to clarify details of plywood milling, the User confirms the accuracy of the contact details provided. This is necessary for communication and discussion of the project. The Site Administration uses the telephone and email solely for business purposes — to answer questions, agree orders and send notifications regarding the request, without promotional mailings without consent.

For the fast and correct operation of the site, cookies are used — small fragments of data that are saved in the User’s browser. They help to understand which sections of the resource are popular and how visitors move through the pages, and on this basis to improve the interface.

What cookies are used for

  • Technical necessity. Some files are needed so that the contact forms work without errors and transitions between pages are instantaneous.
  • Analytics. Overall figures are taken into account: how many people visited a particular service page and from which cities visitors come. This helps to adjust production and logistics to real demand.
  • Convenience. Cookies remember the User’s preferences so that there is no need to set everything up again on the next visit.

Types of cookies used

  • Session cookies. They exist only while your browser is open. As soon as you close the tab, they disappear.
  • Persistent cookies. They remain on your device for a certain period. For example, they can remember that you have already seen the notice about the use of cookies, so as not to show it to you every time.

How to manage them:

If the use of this data is undesirable, the User may change the settings of their browser at any time. Most modern programs allow all cookies or only third-party ones to be blocked, as well as already saved files to be deleted. It should be noted that after cookies are disabled, certain functions of the site may work incorrectly — for example, there may be difficulties with submitting forms.

Data confidentiality

Serious attention is paid to the security of the User’s personal data. All information transmitted through the forms on the site is processed in accordance with internal security rules. The User’s contact details are not passed on to third parties for the sending of spam. The particulars of data storage and protection are set out in the Privacy Policy. Use of the site signifies consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s requests.

Production nuances and orders

Since the workshop is engaged in individual production, it is important to clarify within the framework of the agreement: all orders are carried out according to technical specifications or drawings agreed with the client. If the User sends their own layout for MDF milling or MFC cutting to size, responsibility for the accuracy of the dimensions in that layout lies with them. The Workshop guarantees the exact correspondence of the machining to the drawings provided, but is not responsible for errors in the customer’s original calculations.

Changes to the rules

The Workshop develops, adds new services and updates the site, and therefore over time these Terms may also change. It is recommended to look into this page periodically in order to stay aware of the current rules. Continued use of the site after changes have been made signifies the User’s consent to them.

Subject of the agreement

The subject of these Terms is the conditions on which the Site Administration provides the User with access to the materials of the greendrev.com resource and the associated services: information about woodworking services, examples of completed work, request and cost-estimate forms. The agreement comes into force from the moment the site begins to be used and remains in effect for as long as the User uses the resource. It does not require separate signing and is accepted by performing conclusive actions — viewing pages, submitting forms, requesting an estimate.

These Terms govern precisely the use of the site and the provision of information. The conditions of a specific transaction — the manufacture of furniture, cutting to size, milling, painting and other work — are determined by a separate contract or specification, which are agreed with the User individually and take precedence over the general provisions of this document.

Rights and obligations of the parties

The relationship between the parties is built on mutual respect and good faith. Set out below are the main rights and obligations arising from the terms of using the site.

The User has the right and undertakes to

  • Freely acquaint themselves with the published information, study examples of work and submit requests for a cost estimate.
  • Provide accurate contact details when making enquiries and placing orders.
  • Not use the site for actions that are contrary to the law, nor for the collection of data by automated means.
  • Not copy texts and photographs for commercial use without the written consent of the Site Administration.

The Site Administration has the right and undertakes to

  • Maintain the functionality of the resource and the currency of the published information within reasonable limits.
  • Process the User’s personal data solely in order to fulfil their requests and not pass it on to third parties for the sending of spam.
  • Make changes to the range of services, the design of the site and the terms of the agreement, giving notice of this by publishing a new version.
  • Restrict access to the resource where the User breaches the conditions of these Terms.

Procedure for placing an order through the site

A request submitted through a form on the site does not constitute the conclusion of a contract, but serves as grounds for communication and discussion of the details. After receiving the enquiry, a manager clarifies the parameters of the task: material, dimensions, volume, the need for refinement and the deadlines. Following agreement, a cost estimate is drawn up, and once the parties are ready — a contract or specification with concrete obligations. It is precisely these documents, and not the information on the pages of the site, that record the final terms of cooperation.

If the User provides their own drawings or layouts, they confirm the right to use them and are responsible for the accuracy of the dimensions set out in them. The Workshop ensures that the machining corresponds to the data provided, but is not responsible for errors in the customer’s original calculations. Before work begins, the parameters are, where necessary, agreed once more in order to rule out any discrepancies.

Dispute resolution

It is preferable to resolve any issues through open dialogue. If there are complaints about the operation of the site or the quality of the information provided, the User should contact the Site Administration directly. Most situations can be settled without involving official bodies, by discussing them directly. If a compromise is not reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, where the Workshop is registered.

Closing words

The greendrev.com site is a space for professional woodworking and individual production. The Site Administration values every visitor and strives to make their stay on the resource useful and safe, counting on a long and productive cooperation in the field of manufacturing wooden products.

If any questions remain regarding these Terms or if the technical details of using cookies need to be clarified, the User can contact the Site Administration through the contacts indicated on the relevant page. The Administration is open to communication and ready to explain any unclear points.

Final provisions

If, for any reason, individual provisions of these Terms prove to be invalid, this does not affect the operation of the remaining provisions. The finding that a provision is inapplicable does not annul the agreement as a whole, but merely excludes the specific rule, which, where necessary, is replaced by one that is close in meaning and permissible under the law. The current version of the document is always posted on this page of the greendrev.com site, and it is precisely this version that is considered to be in force. Use of the resource signifies the User’s consent to the current version of the conditions.

Additional information for the user

Use of third-party analytics services. Yandex.Metrica or Google Analytics counters may be installed on the pages of the site. These services also use cookies to collect anonymous statistics about visits. Such statistics help to see the overall picture: which articles about materials (plywood, particleboard, solid wood) are read more often and which milling services are in greatest demand. The data is anonymised and does not allow the identity of a specific person to be determined.

Security of connections. To protect the data entered in the forms, the SSL encryption protocol is used. It guarantees that information is transmitted from the User’s device to the server in encrypted form and cannot be intercepted by outsiders.

Disclaimer for the actions of users. The Site Administration is not liable if the User voluntarily posts their contact details in open comments or other public areas of the site (where such are provided by the functionality). One should treat the protection of one’s own privacy with care.

Data retention periods. The retention period for data obtained through cookies depends on their type, but usually does not exceed the period necessary for analysing statistics or ensuring the operation of technical sessions. Personal data from requests is stored for exactly as long as is required for the quality fulfilment of the order and the subsequent warranty service, where this is provided for by the contract.
